Battery Pack Assembly
Custom-designed battery packs offer significant advantages, especially in industrial applications. Our battery pack assembly process includes comprehensive quality assurance procedures to ensure the highest safety standards.
Choosing the Right Chemistry and Cell Selection
To ensure a product that meets modern standards, selecting the appropriate chemical system and carefully choosing the corresponding cells is crucial.
We offer a wide range of systems (e.g. Li-Ion, LiFePO₄, LiPo, NiMH, etc.).
After selecting the system, the cells are fully automatically sorted based on internal resistance and voltage levels, then grouped accordingly and assembled into a battery pack.
This ensures a homogeneous unit, guaranteeing both stability and long service life of the battery.
Battery Pack Sizing and Cell Layout
The cells are then placed into specially designed containers, known as cell racks, where they are dimensioned and prepared for the subsequent welding process.
Welding
In the next step, suitable welding connectors are selected and cut to the appropriate format.
Welding is then carried out either automatically or manually.
Our semi-automatic spot welding machine (pictured) welds battery packs from both sides simultaneously, ensuring the highest quality. This also enables fast processing of series production.

Protection electronics
Our batteries are equipped with custom-designed protection electronics that safeguard them against:
- overcharging
- deep discharge
- short circuits
- and extreme temperature conditions
while also monitoring individual cells.
Once the appropriate protection electronics have been carefully selected, they are integrated into the battery pack.
Insulation
At this stage, both the cross-section of the cable — based on the current of the battery — and the appropriate material (e.g. PVC, rubber, silicone, etc.) are determined.
The battery pack is then wrapped with what is known as GFRP insulation.
This material is reinforced with glass fibers and provides mechanical protection while serving as electrical insulation for the battery.
Assembly and Heat Shrinking
The battery pack’s connectors are assembled according to the specific requirements.
Afterwards, the heat shrinking process of the battery pack can begin.
Firmware Customization and Quality Assurance
The firmware of the battery pack can now be individually customized to meet the customer’s specific requirements.
To complete the process, a series of stress tests are conducted, followed by a quality assurance inspection to ensure the flawless functionality of the battery pack.

Replacement
Power Tool Battery Packs
Dead batteries can be brought back to life through cell replacement.
This extends the usable life of the battery packs and contributes to environmental sustainability.
We offer cell replacement services for all types of tools (e.g. cordless screwdrivers, lawn mowers, golf trolleys, etc.) and keep spare parts in stock for a wide range of models.
Emergency Lighting Batteries
We supply the most common Ni-Cd, Ni-MH, and Li-Ion emergency lighting batteries.
If you require a custom solution, we can assemble the necessary battery packs from a wide range of cell types.
We stock standard cells such as 18650, AA (Mignon), Sub-C, C (Baby), and D (Mono), as well as special sizes like 1/3AA, 1/2 Sub-C, 4/3A, and many more.

We offer a dedicated E-Bike Battery Care Service.
Is your e-bike battery no longer holding its charge, deeply discharged, or completely defective? Using our test equipment, we can accurately measure the capacity of your e-bike battery.
We’re happy to advise you and provide a cost estimate for a cell replacement. In this process, we install high-quality brand-name cells into your existing battery housing. In most cases, higher-capacity cells can be used — increasing the range per charge.
